Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes the data collected by all Android games hosted by the videogames254.com backend, why it is collected, how long we keep it, and how you can request a copy or deletion.
Data we collect
After purchase, the game performs periodic anti-piracy and license-validation checks against our backend. Each check transmits:

We do not collect: precise GPS, photos, contacts, microphone, camera, files, advertising ID, or any in-game telemetry beyond launch and active checks.
Retention
- License pings: 90 days.
- Activation attempts: 90 days.
- Anonymised replay-defense nonces: 10 minutes.
- Purchase records and download logs: until you request deletion.
Sharing
Data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising. The only external service that receives any of this data is ipguru.io (for IP geolocation lookups, server-to-server). No data is shared with Google, Facebook, or any analytics network.
Your rights
Email [email protected] from the address (or with the M-Pesa receipt number) tied to your purchase to:
- Receive a copy of all data we hold about your purchase.
- Have all data associated with your purchase deleted (this will also revoke the license — the game will stop working on the affected device).
- Move your activation to a new device (subject to the lifetime activation budget of 5 per purchase).

The corresponding Play Console Data Safety declarations are:
